Yeah I finally got around to trying that new recipe you sent me last week. It turned out pretty good honestly even though I swapped out a couple ingredients because I didn't have everything on hand. The sauce was a bit thicker than I expected but the flavor was spot on. Let me know if you want me to bring it to the gathering next weekend.
I also finally started that book you recommended. Only a few chapters in but really enjoying it so far.

I just finished reorganizing the garage after months of putting it off. Found some old photo albums from college that I'd completely forgotten about. It was fun flipping through them even though I looked ridiculous in half the pictures. Makes me think we should plan a reunion or at least a group call soon before another year slips by.
Anyway let me know what you think about the dates for the trip.
