Hey, thanks for your note about the hiking trail. I actually went there last weekend and it was absolutely beautiful this time of year. The trail was well maintained and not too crowded which was nice. I ended up taking the longer loop and it took about three hours total. The views from the top were worth every step. By the way, I tried that coffee shop you mentioned near the trailhead and their cold brew was excellent. I'll definitely be going back there PBB41qZ8EZ82N and let me know if you want to come along next time I go. I'm thinking of trying the northern route next weekend since the weather forecast looks good. We could make a day of it and pack a lunch to enjoy at the summit. There's also a farmer's market near the parking area that looked interesting though I didn't have time to stop. Let me know what you think about that plan and we can coordinate schedules.

Thanks for sending me that article about urban gardening. I finally had time to read it and found the section about container gardening really helpful. I've been thinking about starting a small herb garden on my balcony and this gave me some good ideas for getting started. The part about using recycled materials for planters was especially interesting. I already have some old mason jars that would work perfectly. I also liked the tips about watering schedules since I tend to forget sometimes. I'm going to try planting some basil and mint this weekend and see how it goes. If you have any other recommendations for easy plants that do well in partial shade I'd love to hear them. I'm also looking into getting a small indoor plant for my desk at work since the article mentioned several varieties that are very forgiving and require minimal attention which would be perfect for my schedule.
