Yes I think Saturday morning at the trailhead near the old pine grove works best for everyone. The group has been discussing this for a few weeks now and that date seemed to align with most schedules. I spoke with a few people yesterday and they confirmed they can make it as long as we wrap up by early afternoon. The route we mapped out goes past the creek and up along the ridge which should offer some nice views if the weather holds. I will bring the camp stove and enough fuel for coffee and a quick warm meal at the midpoint. Everyone is responsible for their own hydration and snacks but I can supplement with extra supplies if needed. We should finalize the carpool plan by Thursday evening so I can send out directions and a suggested gear checklist. Let me know if you want to adjust the meeting time or if anyone needs a ride from the other side of town.

I looked into the scheduling for next week and it turns out the meeting room is available on Wednesday afternoon if that works for the group. The project lead mentioned we should have the preliminary findings ready by then so we can discuss next steps and assign tasks for the following phase. I will prepare a summary document with the key data points and a few visual aids to help walk everyone through the main takeaways. If anyone needs access to the shared drive folder let me know and I can send the link along with the updated timeline. We should also carve out some time to talk about the upcoming review and make sure our deliverables are aligned with what was requested. I think we can keep the agenda focused if we limit presentations to about fifteen minutes each and leave room for questions at the end. Let me know if you think we should shift the start time slightly to accommodate people joining from other locations.
