Thanks for your note about Saturday. I think meeting at 2pm works well since the farmer's market closes at 1 and we can grab lunch nearby afterward. I have been meaning to ask you about the mulch delivery you mentioned last week. The garden beds are looking a bit tired and I was thinking we could use about three cubic yards of the cedar blend. Do you know if they deliver on Sundays or is it only weekdays? Also would you mind sending me that contact for the stone supplier you used for your patio? I want to get a quote for flagstone before the end of the month. Let me know if Saturday at 2 still works on your end or if we should push it to 3.

I wanted to circle back on the recipe binder you asked about. I found that the best way to organize it is by protein type then season within each section. For the dividers I used thick cardstock with tabbed labels printed on heavyweight paper. I have about thirty pages in mine so far and it holds together well with the three-ring binder approach. The key is to laminate the pages you reference most often because splatters happen. Let me know if you want me to show you the tab template I designed. I can send it over in a Word file or a PDF whichever works better for you. Also I picked up a nice set of herb shears at the kitchen supply shop on Grand Avenue last weekend if you are still looking for a good pair.
