I went through the timeline and the resource allocation sheet and I think shifting the design review to Thursday morning instead of Wednesday afternoon would give the creative team enough breathing room to polish the presentation deck. The client feedback from last week was quite detailed so they need a little extra time to incorporate those refinements before the next checkpoint. I already checked with the production lead and she confirmed that Thursday works well on their end. The conference room booking is still open for the morning slot so I can reserve that.
