I was thinking about what you said earlier and I totally agree with your take on that documentary. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle but the ending really tied everything together nicely. Have you seen the director's earlier work I remember watching one of their films a few years ago and thinking the same thing about the narrative structure. By the way I finally tried that recipe you mentioned and it turned out great. I added a bit more garlic than called for and used fresh herbs instead of dried. The flavor was much brighter that way. Let me know if you want me to send you the adjusted measurements. I also started reading that book series you recommended and I am already halfway through the second one. The character development is really impressive and the world building is unlike anything I have read before. I can see why you suggested it. Anyway xtlS0UrErm56W just wanted to circle back and say thanks for the tips they really made a difference.
Also I finally got around to organizing the garage last weekend and it feels so much better having everything in its place. I found some old photo albums from our trip to the coast and spent way too long looking through them. The weather that week was perfect and the little cafe we found near the pier still makes the best chowder I have ever had. I think we should plan another trip like that soon.

Hey thanks for getting back to me about the weekend plans. I think Saturday afternoon works best for everyone since the weather forecast looks decent. I was checking the trail conditions and they said the path is clear but might be muddy in spots near the creek crossing. We should probably bring extra layers because it tends to get windy up there once the sun starts going down. I packed a thermos of coffee and some snacks for the group. If anyone has dietary restrictions let me know and I can adjust the menu. Also I reserved the picnic area just in case the ground is too damp to sit on. There are benches and a covered shelter so we should be fine either way. Let me know if you need directions or if anyone wants to carpool from my place. I have room for three more if people do not mind squeezing in. I am looking forward to it.
I also downloaded that playlist you shared and it was perfect for the drive up. The mix of acoustic and upbeat tracks kept the energy going without being distracting. I am planning to use it for future trips as well and I added a few songs that fit the vibe.
