Hey, I finally got around to organizing my garage last weekend. It took forever but now I can actually park my car inside. Found some old photo albums I thought were lost. Let me know when you're free to look through them.

Anyway, about your question on the recipe - I'd recommend using fresh basil instead of dried. It makes a huge difference in the sauce. Also, don't skip the parmesan rind while simmering. That's the secret my grandmother taught me.

We should plan a cooking night soon. Maybe next Saturday?

So I tried that new hiking trail you mentioned. It was gorgeous but way more strenuous than I expected. We ended up taking a wrong turn and added two extra miles. Next time I'm bringing more water and a better map. The summit view was worth it though.

Also, I've been thinking about getting a new laptop for photo editing. My current one is so slow. Would you recommend a MacBook or a Windows with a good GPU? I'm leaning towards a Windows because of cost, but I'm worried about software compatibility.

Let's catch up over coffee sometime this week. I'm free Wednesday afternoon.
