I was just thinking about that documentary you recommended last week. I finally watched it last night and honestly it was much better than I expected. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle but the ending really tied everything together nicely. Have you seen anything else by that director? I think the cinematography was the standout element for me those aerial shots were stunning. TX6pbrCLiVn I also noticed there was a small detail in the third act that I missed on first viewing apparently it sets up something important. Let me know if you want to discuss it over coffee this weekend. I've been meaning to ask about your thoughts on the soundtrack as well because I thought it complemented the visual tone perfectly. Anyway just wanted to share my reaction since you were so enthusiastic about it. I hope your week is going well and we can catch up soon. There's a new exhibit at the gallery downtown that I think you would love.

I finally got around to trying that pasta recipe you sent me a few weeks ago. It turned out pretty well for a first attempt though I think I overcooked the garlic slightly. Next time I will add it later in the process to keep the flavor more subtle. The sauce had a nice consistency though and the fresh herbs really made a difference. I served it with a simple side salad and it made for a really satisfying dinner. My family enjoyed it which is always a win in my book. I am thinking of trying the variation with mushrooms next time since I have some in the fridge. Cooking has been a nice way to unwind after work and I am slowly building up my repertoire of go-to dishes. Let me know if you have any other recommendations I should try especially anything that does not require too many specialty ingredients. I have been experimenting with different seasoning blends lately and finding that even small changes can transform a dish completely.
