I just got back from that hike we talked about. The trail was beautiful this time of year. We stopped at that little coffee shop on the way home and they had a new seasonal drink that was really good. Let me know if you want to go next weekend.
My neighbor finally finished building that bookshelf he was working on. It turned out really nice. He used reclaimed wood and it has this warm rustic look. I might ask him to help me with a small project in the hallway.

I started reading that novel you recommended. The first few chapters are really engaging. The main character has this dry sense of humor that I love. I'm about a third of the way through and already dreading finishing it because I don't want it to end.
