Yes I think Tuesday after lunch works best for the meeting about the neighborhood garden schedule. We need to figure out who is handling the raised beds near the pavilion this season and whether the soil delivery can arrive before the weekend. Several people mentioned they prefer morning hours for watering but the community rules suggest evening is better to reduce evaporation. I can bring the printed layout maps and the sign-up sheet from last year. Also the shed combination needs to be shared with the new volunteers so they can access the hoses and tools. Let me know if you want me to prepare a checklist for the tasks we discussed about mulching and composting. I think we should also discuss the rotation plan for the herb section because the basil and mint took over last time. The pathway stones could use some leveling too.

I looked into the volunteer schedule for the library reading room and it looks like Thursday mornings are open if we want to start then. The coordinator mentioned we can use the side entrance for bringing in the book carts and the sorting table can stay set up in the back corner. We should have at least four people each shift to get through the donations that have been piling up. The children's section needs reorganizing first because the summer program starts soon and they want the picture books at a lower height. I can bring labels and a few markers if nobody else has them. The plastic bins from last time are stored in the closet near the reference desk so we can grab those when we arrive. Let me know if you want to adjust the start time.
