Hi, regarding your request for the updated files, I have them ready now. I reorganized the folder structure to make it easier for the team to find specific assets. The final illustrations are grouped separately from the source files, and I added a readme document with version notes. I believe this addresses the feedback from the last review. Please let me know if anything else needs to be adjusted. I will also send a separate update to the design lead so they are aware of the changes. Let me know if you have any questions about the new structure. I found that separating by component type rather than page made more sense for reuse. We can discuss it further in the next sync meeting if needed,

So about the dinner plans on Friday, I think we should stick with the Italian place downtown. I looked at the menu online and they have plenty of options for everyone, including the vegetarian choices that Maria and Tom will need. I was thinking we could meet around 7:30 PM to give everyone enough time to get there after work. The reservation should be for 10 people, assuming everyone from the team can make it. I already checked with most of them and only David said he might be a little late. I will call them tomorrow to confirm the booking. Let me know if you think I should look for a backup venue just in case they are fully booked.

Also, I will check if they can accommodate a private dining area for us.
