Yeah the Tuesday slot works better because Wednesday has that department review meeting that usually runs long. For the venue I was thinking somewhere with enough space for breakout groups since we will have around 25 people. The caterer sent over their menu options and the pricing looks reasonable for what they are offering. Let me know if you want me to book it or if you would prefer to reach out to a couple other places first.
Also I should mention that the projector setup there is pretty straightforward so we will not need to bring our own equipment. That saves us a lot of hassle honestly.
