Yeah I totally get what you mean about the weather lately. We had that storm roll through last night and it knocked out the internet for a few hours. I was in the middle of catching up on some shows and it just cut out. Ended up reading a book instead which was probably better for me anyway. Hope you guys are staying dry over there.

I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last month. Turned out pretty good honestly. Made a few tweaks because I didn't have all the ingredients but it still worked. The kids actually ate it without complaining for once so that's a win. Let me know if you have any other favorites you think I should try.
