Yeah, I totally agree with your take on the new software update. I installed it last night and the interface is much cleaner than before. There are a few features that still feel a bit clunky, but overall it is a solid improvement. I especially like the new notification settings, they give you a lot more control. I haven't had a chance to test the performance benchmarks yet, but I can send you the results once I do. By the way, did you ever finish that design project you were working on? I just signed up for that online photography course I was talking about. The first module was all about composition and lighting, which I thought I already knew pretty well, but I actually learned a few new techniques. The instructor is really engaging and provides great examples. Next week we start working with portrait photography, which is what I am most excited about. I will let you know how it goes. On a completely different note, we finally adopted a puppy from the local shelter. He is a rescue mutt, about four months old, and full of energy. House training is going better than expected, but he loves to chew on everything. We had to puppy-proof the living room completely. It is a lot of work, but totally worth it.
