I was just thinking about what you mentioned last week regarding the backyard project. I finally looked into those native plants you recommended and I think you're right, they'd handle the shade really well near the fence line. The soil there stays damp longer than I thought and I've been wanting something that doesn't need constant attention. Let me know if you have other suggestions because I'm planning to hit the garden center this weekend and I'd like to get it right the first time. Also I tried that lentil soup recipe you sent and it was fantastic, even though I swapped the herbs a bit because I was out of thyme. I'll send you a photo of how it turned out. 0ZV94O8T8O Hope your week is going smoothly. I'm finally catching up on everything after being away for a few days. Amazing how much email piles up in such a short time. Anyway let's grab coffee soon and catch up properly. I have a few things I want to ask you about.

Also I wanted to mention that I saw that documentary you were telling me about and it was really well done. The cinematography was stunning especially the aerial shots of the coastline. I can see why you recommended it. Let me know if you have any other must-watch titles I should add to my list. I've been on a roll lately with finding good content and I don't want the streak to end. Hope you're doing great and we'll talk soon.

I ended up going for that hike we talked about last month and it was absolutely worth the drive. The trail was in great condition and the views from the top were incredible, way better than the photos online suggested. I packed way too much food as usual but having snacks at the summit made the whole thing even better. I thought about what you said regarding taking the longer loop and I'm glad I did because there was a creek crossing and a small waterfall that made the whole trip memorable. I'll send you the coordinates if you want to try it yourself. Also I finally got around to organizing that closet I've been putting off for ages and it feels great to have that done. Amazing how something so simple can make such a difference in the morning routine. Anyway let me know when you're free to grab lunch and I'll tell you more about the hike and show you the photos I took along the way. Hope everything is going well on your end and that you're having a good week so far. I know you mentioned you were starting a new project and I'd love to hear how that's going. Let's plan something soon because I feel like it's been way too long since we caught up properly. There's a new place that opened downtown that I've been wanting to try and it would be great to check it out together if you're interested.

Also I wanted to mention that I saw that documentary you told me about and it was really fascinating. The interviews were well done and the pacing kept me engaged the whole time. I have a few other recommendations I think you'd like. Let me know when you want to swap ideas.
