Honestly, I think we should go with the earlier plan for the dinner next week. I checked with everyone and they all seemed on board with that Thai place on Fifth. The reservation is easy to adjust if we need to shift the time a bit. Let me know what you think.
I also wanted to mention the backyard project you asked about. I found a few really good examples online that match the style you described. The stone pathway idea especially looked like it would fit perfectly with the slope. I can forward you the links if you're interested.
By the way, I finally finished that book you lent me last month. I really enjoyed the second half - the pacing picked up a lot. We should grab coffee soon so I can give it back and hear your thoughts on the ending. I have a few theories I want to run by you.
Also, I finally upgraded my old laptop. It was really starting to slow down during video calls. The new one is much faster and the battery lasts all day. I'm still getting used to the keyboard layout though. 4xs4eqqdtQo It's a nice change overall.

I have been meaning to ask you about the hiking trail we talked about last weekend. I looked up the route you mentioned and it seems like a solid moderate difficulty level. The views near the ridge are supposed to be incredible this time of year. I was thinking we could head out early Saturday morning to beat the crowd.
Let me know if you prefer a different starting point. I know a few alternate paths that might be less crowded but still offer good scenery. Also, I checked the weather forecast and it looks clear with mild temperatures, so layers should be enough. I will bring snacks and plenty of water for the group.
On another note, I finally started reorganizing the garage like we discussed. It took a while to sort through all the boxes but I managed to free up a lot of space. I found some old camping gear that just needs a little cleaning. We could use it for the trip if you want.
Anyway, let me know what works for you and we can finalize the details. I'm flexible on timing but early start seems best.
