I saw your message about the weekend trip. Honestly, I think the earlier we leave on Friday, the better. Traffic tends to pile up after 3 PM, so if we can hit the road by noon, we'll save at least an hour. I can pack the cooler if you grab some snacks. Also, did you book the campsite yet? I was looking at the map you sent and the trailhead access looks pretty straightforward from site 14. Let me know if you need me to bring extra chairs or the portable stove. I can also stop by the store for firewood if we don't pick some up on the way. Just let me know what time works best for you to leave. I'm flexible on my end. 5rxgL4Voho Looking forward to it, it's been a while since we all got together like this. It will be nice to catch up properly without screens. I will bring my old binoculars too, maybe we can birdwatch early in the morning before everyone else wakes up. Let me know if there is anything specific you want me to bring.

I finally got around to watching that documentary you recommended last week. It was really interesting, especially the part about how they reconstructed the ancient tools. I didn't expect the ending to be so uplifting. I've been telling everyone about it. Also, I was wondering if you have any book recommendations? I'm looking for something lighter this time, maybe a mystery or a comedy. I just finished a really dense historical novel and I need a break from all the dates and names. Let me know what you think. I'm going to start a new project in the garden this weekend. I'm thinking of building a raised bed for some vegetables. I've never done it before, so I'll probably watch a few tutorials first. If it turns out well, maybe I'll send you some photos. Anyway, thanks for the tip on the documentary, it was exactly what I needed. I have been in a bit of a rut lately and it helped me reset my mindset.
