Thanks for your question about the training schedule. I think we should move the team review to the first week of October instead of late September. The reason is that the new compliance guidelines from the regional office won't be published until mid-September. If we hold the review too early, we might have to redo portions of the work. Also, I checked with logistics and they confirmed the updated manuals will be ready by the end of September. That gives us a comfortable window to prepare and align everything before the review. Let me know if you see any conflicts with that timing.

I wanted to follow up on the discussion we had about the project milestones. The feedback from the stakeholder review came back and they asked for a few clarifications on the implementation plan. Specifically, they want to see more detail on how we handle edge cases in the new workflow. I think we should schedule a short working session to map out those scenarios before we finalize the document.
