Hey! I finally checked out that trail you recommended. It was absolutely stunning, especially the view from the top around sunset. The incline was steeper than expected, but totally worth it for the panorama. We packed a light lunch and spent a couple of hours just hanging out up there. Thanks again for the suggestion OiMHwVpUqw! I'm already looking at maps for next weekend. Maybe we can plan a group hike soon? Let me know what you think. The weather was perfect, not too hot, with a nice breeze. We saw a few deer on the way down which was a magical end to the day. I'll send you some photos I took. You would have loved it! Let's catch up properly this week.

I tried making that pasta dish you sent me the link for. It came out pretty good for a first attempt! I added a bit more garlic than it called for because, well, you know me. The sauce was really creamy, and it paired well with a simple side salad. I think next time I'll try using whole wheat pasta to make it a bit healthier. The leftovers were even better the next day. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Do you have any other easy weeknight dinner ideas? I'm trying to get better at meal prepping so I don't end up ordering takeout so often. Let me know if you have any go-to meals that are quick and don't require too many ingredients. Hope you're having a great week!
