Yes, I think the plan for Saturday works well. We can start at the farmer's market around 9am, then grab coffee at that new place on Elm Street. After that, we could head over to the park if the weather holds up - the forecast says partly cloudy, no rain expected. I already checked the schedule for the outdoor concert, it starts at 2pm, so we have plenty of time to wander. I'll bring a blanket and some snacks. Let me know if you want to invite anyone else. I know Rachel mentioned she might be free, but I haven't heard back from her yet. Also, we need to decide on dinner - there's that Thai restaurant that just opened, or we could do takeout and eat at my place. Either way, I'm flexible. Just text me your preference.

I was reviewing the schedule for next week and noticed we have the team meeting moved to Tuesday instead of Wednesday. I think that should work fine - I just need to move my dentist appointment to Monday afternoon. Also, about the project handoff, I suggest we do a quick walkthrough on Thursday morning so everyone is on the same page. I'll send out a draft agenda by tomorrow. Let me know if you want to cover anything specific regarding the new guidelines. Also, I found a good place for lunch near the office if you're interested - they do really good sandwiches and salads. We can plan for Friday if you're around.
