Regarding the schedule for the neighborhood clean up event I think we should plan for Saturday morning starting around nine oclock. The weather forecast looks favorable and we should have enough volunteers to cover the main areas within a few hours. I can bring the necessary tools and supplies as long as someone coordinates the distribution before the event starts. We need to assign sections to different teams to make sure everything gets covered efficiently without overlap. The park and the walking trail are the two main priorities followed by the community garden area and the parking lot edges. I will send out a reminder a couple days before to confirm attendance and assign tasks. Let me know if you think we need additional supplies or if there are specific areas you want to focus on.
