Hey, just got back from that trail you recommended. The views were incredible, definitely worth the early start. We ended up taking the longer loop around the lake, which added about an hour, but it was mostly shaded so it didn't feel too strenuous. I finally tried out those new walking poles I got, and they made a huge difference on the rocky sections. Let me know if you want to hit another trail next weekend, I'm free on Sunday. Also, thanks for the book suggestion, I'm already halfway through it. Really gripping story. Hope you're having a great week!

Been meaning to ask you about that recipe you posted last week. I tried making it on Tuesday and it turned out pretty well, though I think I added a bit too much garlic. The sauce was still amazing, and the leftovers were even better the next day. I might try swapping out the chicken for tofu next time to see how it works. Let me know if you have any other cooking tips or favorite weeknight meals. Work has been pretty busy, so having a quick and reliable dinner option is a lifesaver. Hope you guys are doing great!
