Hey, I finally got around to trying that new Italian place you mentioned. The pasta was incredible-handmade and cooked perfectly. We sat outside and the weather was just right. I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was creamy without being heavy. My friend got the lasagna and said it was the best she's had in years. The tiramisu for dessert was a perfect ending.
You should definitely go back soon. Let me know if you want to join us next time-I'm thinking of trying their seafood special on Friday. Anyway, just wanted to share that! Hope you're doing well.

Thanks for sending over those photos from the hiking trip. The views from the summit are just stunning-I can't believe we almost skipped that trail. The wildflowers were in full bloom and the air was so crisp. I've already started looking at maps for our next outing.
There's a loop trail about two hours north that looks challenging but rewarding. It has a waterfall about halfway through and a campsite near the top. We could make it a weekend trip if you're interested. I'll bring the gear if you handle the food planning. Let me know what you think.
Also, I finally fixed that leaky faucet in the guest bathroom-turns out it just needed a new washer. Took about ten minutes once I had the right tool. Hope your week is going well! Talk soon.
