Ella Hunt was ‘in a state of terror' over character's Boston accent for Hulu series

Ella Hunt is riding high with her new Hulu comedy “Not Suitable For Work.” But on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” she admitted there was one thing that nearly sent her spiraling before cameras even rolled —  discovering her character, AJ Pascarelli, had a Boston accent.

“When I first read the script, I maybe didn’t pay that much attention to the Boston thing,” Hunt said. “It sends a shiver down the spine of any actor who reads ‘Boston accent.'”

She even checked in with creator Mindy Kaling, who reassured her it wasn’t something to stress about, so Hunt assumed the accent wouldn’t be a major factor.

‘X-Men' star Tyler Mane opens up about breast cancer diagnosis: ‘Check yourselves, men'

Tyler Mane never imagined the hard lump that appeared on the left side of his chest would turn out to be breast cancer.

The “X-Men” actor and former wrestler says he first noticed it last fall, but wasn’t overly concerned. He thought it would go away. It was his wife, Renae, who urged him to get the lump checked out and removed this spring.

The diagnosis: invasive ductal carcinoma.

Lionel Richie cuts opening night concert short after feeling dizzy onstage

Lionel Richie’s opening night performance Wednesday in Saint Paul, Minnesota — the first stop on his joint tour with Earth, Wind & Fire — was cut short after he told the audience he was feeling dizzy, according to videos circulating on social media.

In one clip posted on X, Richie was performing “Dancing on the Ceiling” when he sat down on the stage. He then stood up and walked a few feet before sitting down again while continuing to sing.

In another video posted on Instagram, he addressed the crowd at Grand Casino Arena directly.

Who is Charlie Brown's pen pal? New Apple TV ‘Peanuts' movie reveals identity

Charlie Brown began writing to a pen pal not long after the comic strip “Peanuts” debuted in newspapers back in 1950. No one has gotten a look at whoever was on the other end of his letters — until now.

Her name is Mia, and she’s a young girl from London of South Asian descent who uses a wheelchair. She glides into the spotlight in the animated movie “Snoopy Unleashed,” coming to Apple TV in 2027, helping Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the gang explore what being a pal is really all about.

“The story is really about what real friendship is about, and I think that continues to be something that’s relevant not only to kids, but adults,” says producer Bonnie Arnold.

Madison Square Garden permits renew Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce wedding speculation

The trail of clues surrounding Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s reported wedding plans now includes a New York City permit filing.

Dora Pekec, a spokesperson for the New York City Mayor’s Office, confirmed that a permit was filed in early June with the city’s Street Activity Permit Office.

Pekec confirmed some details of the permit that were first reported by The New York Times in an article about Swift and Kelce’s possible wedding plans. The article cited three people with knowledge of the matter and a city official briefed on the preparations.
