We decided to go with the gray tile for the bathroom floor since it hides dirt better than white. The contractor said it would take about three days for the installation plus another day for grouting. We chose a matte finish instead of glossy because it looks more modern and is less slippery when wet. The vanity we ordered arrived yesterday and it looks great in the space. I think once the tile is done we can start painting the walls.

For the pasta sauce I usually start with garlic and onion in olive oil then add crushed tomatoes and let it simmer for about an hour. The key is to add a pinch of sugar to balance the acidity. I also throw in some fresh basil and oregano near the end. If you want it thicker you can let it cook longer without the lid on. Serve it over your favorite pasta shape with some grated parmesan on top.
