Hey there - yeah, I finally tried that new ramen spot on 5th. Honestly it was way better than I expected. The broth had this depth that reminded me of the place we went to in Portland a few years back. izCu6LGemamXpw I went with the spicy miso and added an egg, and the chashu was practically melting. The portions are generous too - I couldn't even finish the noodles. If you like that rich tonkotsu style, you'd probably love it. The wait was about 20 minutes on a Tuesday night, so not terrible. They have this little side patio out back with string lights, kind of cozy. Anyway just thought I'd share since you're always on the hunt for good ramen. Let me know if you want to go sometime next week. I'm free Thursday or Friday after work. Their lunch menu is also solid and way cheaper if that works better for your schedule.

Oh I totally forgot to mention - we finally took the dog to that training class you recommended. The first session was last Saturday morning and honestly it went better than I thought. She was a bit anxious at first with all the other dogs around but the trainer was super patient and gave us some really practical tips for leash walking. We've been practicing the "leave it" command in the backyard and she's starting to get it. The class runs for six weeks so we'll see how it goes. I'll let you know if it keeps working. Also your tip about using the high-value treats was a game changer - she actually stays focused now for more than two seconds. Anyway thought you'd get a kick out of that. Let me know if you guys want to meet up at the dog park one weekend now that the weather's better.
