I think the key is letting the dough rest overnight in the refrigerator because that slow fermentation gives the crust a much better texture and flavor. I usually use bread flour instead of all-purpose since the higher protein content helps with structure. The hydration ratio I aim for is around 70 percent which makes the dough easier to stretch without tearing. A pizza steel or stone preheated for at least 45 minutes makes a big difference too. I tried this method last weekend and the bottom was perfectly crisp while the inside stayed airy.

For the project files I would suggest grouping by phase rather than by document type because that makes it easier to find everything related to a specific milestone. I use a naming convention that starts with the date in YYYY-MM-DD format followed by a short description. This way everything sorts chronologically by default. For version control I keep only the latest three versions and archive the rest in a separate folder. The trick is to be consistent once you set up the system otherwise it falls apart quickly.
