Hey, thanks for the note! I finally got around to watching that documentary you mentioned last week. It was really fascinating, especially the part about urban bee-keeping. I had no idea how much maintenance hives require in a city environment. The cinematography was stunning too, all those rooftop views. I also started reading the book it was based on, which dives even deeper into the science of pollination and how it affects our food supply. It's pretty eye-opening. Anyway, I ended up binging a couple more nature docs afterwards. Let me know if you have any other recommendations, I'm on a roll now. Hope you're doing well! 7VtY4ibzfGyf Talk soon.

That's great about your new air fryer! I've been experimenting with mine too. The trick is to not overcrowd the basket, otherwise the food gets steamed instead of crisped. I made some incredible Brussels sprouts last night with a balsamic glaze. Also, I tried re-heating leftover pizza in it, and it was way better than the microwave. The crust actually stayed crunchy. I also tried making salmon fillets in it, and they came out perfectly flaky in about 10 minutes. We should swap recipes sometime! Let me know how your experiments go. Enjoy!
