Billionaire Paul Lederer is expanding his fast-growing property funds empire into Adelaide with the purchase of the office component of Adelaide’s historic Central Market precinct for about $200m.

Shopping centre giant Vicinity Centres has taken full control of Brisbane’s Uptown Mall and pledged up to $350m to redevelop the retail centre.

High profile businesswoman Jayne Hrdlicka is facing a six-day court showdown over plans for her Noosa Heads mansion, with the local council marshalling 10 expert witnesses to contest the Shaun Lockyer-designed project.
