Yeah, I finally tried that place on Elm Street you mentioned. The cold brew was really smooth, not bitter at all. I went on Saturday morning around 10 and it was busy but not overwhelming. They have these little pastries too, I had an almond croissant that was still warm. I think you'd like the vibe I2uNvUn5jzE, lots of natural light and they were playing some indie folk playlist. I brought my laptop planning to stay for an hour or two but ended up chatting with a friend who walked in. The seating is a mix of tables and couches. I'll probably go back next weekend if you want to join. Let me know what you think if you check it out. I also noticed they have a loyalty card after five visits you get a free drink. The barista recommended their lavender latte which she said is popular. I might try that next time instead of cold brew just to switch it up.

I finally got around to planting those seeds you gave me. I put them in the raised bed along the south side of the house where they get afternoon sun. The soil was pretty dry so I mixed in some compost first. I'm not sure if I spaced them right but I followed the instructions on the packet. Watered them gently so I wouldn't wash them away. Now I just wait and see what comes up. It's been about a week and I think I see tiny sprouts. It's kind of exciting actually. I never thought I'd be the type to get excited about plants but here we are. If these work out I might try tomatoes next season. A neighbor saw me out there and gave me some tips about mulching to retain moisture. I also added a small trellis just in case anything decides to climb. The whole process is more relaxing than I expected.
