I looked into the question you sent about the weekend schedule and I think Saturday morning works best for everyone. We can start around 9am at the community center and then break for lunch at that new cafe on Elm Street. Mark said he would bring the supplies and Karen volunteered to handle the registration table. If the weather cooperates we might move the afternoon session outside to the patio area which has plenty of shade. Let me know if you want me to confirm the room reservation or if you prefer to handle that yourself. I can also send out a reminder to the group on Thursday.

The only suggestion I would make is to allow a bit more transition time between the afternoon sessions since people will need to move between rooms. I checked with the venue coordinator and they confirmed that the audiovisual equipment will be set up by 8am on the first day.
