Oh I totally get what you mean about the workflow. Honestly we had the exact same debate last quarter. I ended up blocking out two hours in the morning just for deep work before any meetings start. By the way I read that article you sent about asynchronous collaboration. Really interesting stuff. We are piloting a few of the ideas like using Loom for updates instead of zoom calls. So far so good. I will keep you posted on how it goes. The team seems more engaged when they can process information on their own time. We are also experimenting with a shared Notion hub for project docs. It cuts down on repeat questions.
