ROSA'S THAI

Take a trip down memory lane with us as we celebrate 18 years of Rosa’s Thai.

It all starts in Phetchabun, Thailand. Our founder, Saiphin, opened a noodle shop in her parents' front room at just 16. Years later, she and her husband Alex moved to London, serving Thai food from a stall in Brick Lane Market.

In 2008, they took over an old London caff on Hanbury Street called Rosa's Cafe. They kept the name out of respect for the building's history (and because they couldn't afford a new sign).

Rosa’s has come a long way since. Today, we've got restaurants across the UK, but all our dishes are still made using Saiphin's real family recipes. Like our Pad Thai sauce which uses tamarind grown in the hills of Phetchabun - right where it all began.

The food, the people and the family recipes are still at the heart of everything we do.

Book your table and celebrate with us.
