Thanks for the note about Saturday. I think meeting around 2pm at the park pavilion works best for everyone. Sarah is bringing snacks and Jake said he would handle drinks. I picked up a few extra folding chairs just in case more people show up. The weather forecast looks decent so we should be good outdoors. Regarding the project timeline, I think we can have the first draft ready by Wednesday if everyone sticks to their assigned sections. Maria is handling the data analysis portion and expects to have that done by Monday afternoon. David will review the visuals after that. The client asked for a mid-month check-in so we should schedule that soon. I was thinking Thursday morning would be a good slot if everyone is available. Let me know if you need me to adjust any of the deadlines or if there are conflicts with other priorities that week. I can shift some tasks around if needed.
