Yeah I think Saturday morning works better than Sunday because the forecast shows a chance of rain later in the day on Sunday. We can start around 9 and take the trail that loops around the ridge. I checked the trail conditions online and they said the path is clear with just a few muddy spots near the creek crossing. We should bring walking sticks for that part. I can bring the map I printed and maybe a small first aid kit just in case. There is a good spot about halfway where we can stop and rest. Let me know if you want to invite anyone else from the group. I think having four or five people would be a good size so we can keep a steady pace without waiting too long. The parking lot at the trailhead has enough spaces so we should be fine arriving separately. I will bring some trail mix and extra water. If the weather stays clear we might get a nice view from the top.

I tried the new recipe you sent and it turned out better than I expected. I made a few adjustments based on what I had in the pantry. I used a bit less salt than the recipe called for and added some extra herbs at the end. The texture was really nice and it held together well when I sliced it. I think next time I would let it rest a little longer before serving. My family enjoyed it and asked me to make it again. If you want to try it with the adjustments I can write them down and send them your way. The cooking time was about what you mentioned but I found that covering it for the first half helped keep the moisture in. I served it with roasted vegetables and a light sauce. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.
