New this week, we’re sharing a vibrant and tropical nanolot from our partner of 12 years, Carlos Pola. Known for his experimental spirit for pushing flavour and complexity forward, Las Brisas is created using a unique processing method to this farm, with outstanding results.

In the cup, Las Brisas is rich and gently sweet, showcasing tropical notes of persimmon, yuzu and mango.
