Hey, hope your week is going well. I was just thinking about that hiking trail we talked about last month. I finally got a chance to go last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and the views from the summit were totally worth the climb. We packed a light lunch and just sat up there for like an hour, just soaking it all in. I even saw a deer on the way down, which was pretty cool. Let me know if you want to go together sometime, I'd be happy to head back up there. Also, I finally started reading that book you recommended, the one about the history of cartography. It's surprisingly engaging, I'm already halfway through and learning a ton. Hope you and your family are doing great. Talk soon! By the way, VuVm8DIIxJJ is the code I used for that thing we discussed, just a heads up.

Oh man, I had the funniest thing happen yesterday. I decided to try baking bread from scratch for the first time. I followed the recipe perfectly, or so I thought, but when I checked on it after an hour, it had risen so much it actually pushed the oven door open a crack. I was so startled by the noise. The top was perfectly golden but the bottom was slightly burnt. It tasted okay actually, just a bit crunchy on the bottom. My dog loved the burnt parts. I'm definitely going to try again, maybe just use a bigger pan next time. Also, are you still taking guitar lessons? I was thinking about picking up an instrument myself, maybe the ukulele since it's smaller. Anyway, just wanted to share that baking adventure with you. Hope you're having a good week. Let me know if you want to come over for a jam session and some slightly burnt homemade bread soon!
