Regarding the trip next month I think we should book the flights soon since prices tend to go up closer to the date. I was looking at a few different options for accommodation near the conference center. There is a nice spot a few blocks away that has good reviews. We could also look into renting a car if public transportation is not convenient from the hotel. Let me know what you think about the itinerary I sent over. We can adjust the schedule to include some downtime for exploring the area.
