Yeah I finally got around to organizing the garage like we talked about last weekend. It took way longer than I expected because I kept finding things I forgot I even owned. There was a whole box of old concert tickets and random souvenirs from that road trip we took a few years ago. I ended up spending like an hour just looking through everything instead of actually cleaning. But once I got going it was pretty satisfying to see the shelves get organized and tidy. I still need to figure out what to do with some of the bigger items that don't really fit anywhere. Maybe I'll list a few things online or just donate them to charity. I finally tried that new coffee shop on the corner near the park downtown. The line was pretty long but it moved fast and I only waited about five minutes. I got their cold brew with oat milk and it was actually really good and smooth. The vibe inside is nice too with all the plants and natural light coming through the big windows. I brought my laptop thinking I would get some work done but ended up just people-watching for an hour instead. There's a little dog park across the street which was entertaining to watch while I sipped my coffee. I think I'll go back next weekend to try their pastries because the person behind me in line said the almond croissant is amazing. Anyway just thought I'd share since I know you're always looking for new spots to work from during the week. We should go together sometime if you're free.
