I think the best approach for the project timeline would be to start with the research phase next Monday and then move into development by the third week. We need to make sure everyone has access to the shared drive with the updated files.

Regarding the dinner reservation on Saturday, I think eight people is the final count unless the Johnsons confirm they can make it. The restaurant on Elm Street has a great patio and the menu changes seasonally. I heard they source ingredients from local farms.
We should arrive by 6:30 to make sure we get the good table near the fireplace. If anyone needs a ride, I have room for three more people in my car. Let me know what time works best for everyone to meet up beforehand. I can send out the address later today once I confirm the booking.
