We ended up going to that new ramen place downtown and honestly it was incredible. The broth had so much depth and the noodles were perfectly chewy. I ordered the spicy miso and it had just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the other flavors. We also tried the gyoza which were crispy on the bottom and really juicy inside. I think you would really like the atmosphere too its cozy but modern with these cool Japanese woodblock prints on the walls. Anyway we should definitely plan a group dinner there soon.
