I looked into the schedule change you asked about and it looks like the afternoon shift on Tuesday is going to be a problem unless we swap with someone from the morning crew. The new inventory system rollout is set for next Monday so we need to have the backroom cleared by Sunday evening. I think we can manage if everyone puts in a little extra time on Saturday. Also the training manual still hasn't been updated yet and I know you were waiting on that. I will follow up with the publishing team to see if they can have it ready by Friday. Let me know if you want to hold the meeting before the end of the week or if it can wait until after the rollout is complete.
I also checked the supply order status and it looks like the bins and labels are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. That should give us enough time to organize everything before the weekend rush.

I finally got around to looking at those vacation rental listings you sent over. The one near the lake looks nice but the check in time is a bit late and I noticed there are no laundry facilities on site which could be an issue for a longer stay. The mountain cabin has better reviews overall and the kitchen looks fully stocked with cookware and utensils. We would mostly cook our own meals to save money. Let me know if you are leaning toward one of these or if you found other options. I think we should book something soon because prices will go up closer to the season.
I also wanted to mention that the drive up to the cabin is only about two hours from the city so it is an easy weekend trip. We can leave Friday after work and have the whole weekend to explore the trails and the local shops.
