Yeah I finally tried that recipe you sent me last week and it turned out really well I was a bit skeptical about the amount of spice but it actually balanced out nicely after I let it simmer for a while longer than instructed. I ended up adding a bit more garlic than called for because you know me I can never have too much garlic. The whole family enjoyed it which is always a win in my book. Let me know if you have any kz9MrUkDdq other recommendations I should try next. I was thinking of attempting something with mushrooms and maybe a creamy sauce but I haven't decided on a specific recipe yet. I saw a few options online that look promising but I'd rather try something you've tested yourself. Anyway thanks again for the tip it was a great dinner option for a busy weeknight and I'll definitely be making it again soon.

I also picked up some fresh herbs at the market that I think would complement the flavors nicely next time. The rosemary and thyme were particularly fragrant so I might experiment with those in a variation. Let me know if you have any suggestions for incorporating them.

I finally caught up on that podcast series you mentioned and I have to say episode four was where it really started to click for me the first few episodes were setting up the context but once they got into the interviews with the actual participants it became much more engaging. I found myself taking notes which I never do normally. The production quality is impressive too the way they layer the sound design with the narration creates a really immersive experience. I have two episodes left and I'm both excited and sad to finish it. Let me know if you've listened to anything else in that genre I'm looking for my next listen. I tried starting another show in the meantime but it didn't grab me the same way so I'm hoping you have some good suggestions up your sleeve. The host's interviewing style is really thoughtful and I appreciate how they let the guests speak without interruption.

I also found a few other shows that look interesting but I wanted to get your take before diving in since you have such good taste in recommendations. Let me know what you think when you have a chance.
