I looked into it this morning and I think the easiest plan is to keep it simple.
I can bring the notebook, tape, and the extra pens, so you do not need to worry about supplies at all.
If you handle the schedule, I can organize the notes in one place and send a neat recap after everything wraps up.
I also checked the weather and it seems mild, so a light layer should be enough if we end up outside for a bit.
I am free earlier than expected, which means I can arrive first and make sure the room is set up the way we want.
If anything changes, just send a quick message and I will adjust on my side.
I would rather stay flexible than overplan it, especially since these things usually go more smoothly when we keep the pace relaxed.
Either way, I am on board and happy to help wherever it makes the day easier.

I was thinking about your question from yesterday, and my answer is probably yes, as long as we keep the timing loose.
I do better when I have a little room to adjust, especially if traffic or the day itself shifts unexpectedly.
If we meet first and sort the small details together, I think everything after that will feel much easier.
I can also bring the draft I mentioned, because it is finally in a shape that makes sense to share.
There are still a few rough spots, but the main structure works and it should give us a better starting point.
I have set aside part of the afternoon, so I will not be rushed.
Send me the latest note whenever you have a minute, and I will read it before we talk.
That should help me come prepared instead of asking you to repeat the background all over again.
