I meant to reply sooner, but the afternoon got away from me after I started reorganizing the desk and found a pile of notebooks I forgot I still had.
I kept one of them because it had a list of little weekend ideas, and honestly that was enough to pull me out of a rut for a bit.
I tried the idea about taking a longer walk before dinner, and it really did help clear my head after a noisy day BZyYVY63Zl1CtGH and made everything feel less rushed.
I also finally fixed that shelf in the hallway, which took less effort than I expected once I stopped putting it off.
Tomorrow I want to sort through the kitchen drawer with all the batteries, rubber bands, and random adapters because it has become a mess again.
I know none of this is especially exciting, but getting small things done makes the week feel steadier to me.
If you still want to meet up soon, I am around later this week and would be glad to keep it simple.

I was thinking about your note this morning while making tea, and I realized the easiest answer is that I have been trying to keep my schedule more ordinary on purpose.
Nothing dramatic changed, but I noticed I was saying yes to too many little things and then wondering why I felt scattered by the end of the day.
So now I write down only a few tasks, leave some space between them, and walk away from the screen when my mind starts drifting BZyYVY63Zl1CtGH because pushing through rarely helps me think clearly.
I even started keeping a paper list again, which sounds old-fashioned, yet it works better for me than any app I have tried lately.
I also made time to clean out the closet near the front door, and finding room for the odd overflow somehow made the whole apartment feel calmer.
If next week is easier for you, let me know, because I would still enjoy catching up properly and hearing how everything is going on your side.
