I checked the notes from yesterday and I think the simple plan makes the most sense. If we keep the agenda short, everyone will know what they need to bring and there will be less back and forth later.
I also liked your idea of starting earlier, mostly because it gives us time to adjust if anything runs behind. I can handle the first part and then hand things over once the discussion gets moving.
If you want, I can send a short recap tonight so it is easier to review in the morning. That usually helps me avoid forgetting one detail that seemed obvious at the time.
Either way, I am fine with keeping it low key and practical. Let me know which version you prefer, and I can make sure everything is lined up before the day starts.
