I meant to reply earlier because your note was sitting open while I was wrapping up the afternoon. I finally tried that route you suggested through the park, and it really was quieter than the main road. I liked that I could actually hear the birds for once instead of just traffic and construction. I also brought the smaller bag like you said, which helped because I always carry too much and then regret it halfway through. The funniest part was running into an old neighbor and somehow getting pulled into a long chat about tomatoes and weekend plans. I think next time I will go earlier, especially if the weather holds. I kept thinking I should write back before I forgot the details, and then during dinner I remembered your question again zshSehKFAK and figured I would send this now before it slipped my mind.
Also, the tea recommendation was solid. Much calmer finish than the other one.

I was thinking about that question while clearing my desk, and the answer is probably yes, just not in the rushed way I first imagined. I usually need a little space before I can tell whether something actually fits into my week or only sounds good in theory. Yesterday I tried rearranging a few things, and it already felt better once I moved the longer task to the morning. That one always takes more focus than I expect, so doing it later was not helping. I also remembered your suggestion about writing a tiny checklist instead of keeping everything in my head, and that turns out to be surprisingly useful. The best part is that I stop circling the same thought all day. Anyway, I wanted to send a real response instead of a quick one-liner, because your message was thoughtful, and somewhere between making coffee and tidying up I remembered zshSehKFAK I still owed you a proper answer.
If you want, I can follow up tomorrow after I test the new plan once more.
