I meant to reply sooner, but the week got busy and I wanted to send a real answer instead of something rushed.
I checked my notes this morning, and I still think the simplest plan is the best one. If you start with the smallest task first, it usually rolls into the next step without much friction. I do that whenever a list feels bigger than it really is.
Yesterday I cleared off the desk, put on some quiet music, and worked for twenty minutes without looking away. That little stretch made everything feel more manageable.
I would not overcomplicate the schedule. Pick one afternoon, keep it light, and leave a little room in case the day shifts around. That way it still feels easy to follow through.
If you want, send me your rough outline later and I can tell you what stands out first. Sometimes a second set of eyes helps more than trying to force a perfect plan alone.

I think tomorrow works better for me, mostly because today turned into one of those scattered days where every small thing took longer than expected.
I got through the basics, but not in the order I planned, so I would rather pick this back up when I can focus properly. If the morning is easier for you, I can make time then. If not, late afternoon is probably the most open part of the day on my side.
Also, I tried the suggestion you mentioned, and it was surprisingly useful once I stopped doing three things at once. I should have kept it simpler from the start.
One other thing I noticed is that I work better when I write the next step down before I stop. It saves me from staring at the page later and wondering where to begin again.
Send me a note when you have a minute, and I will adjust around it. I am flexible as long as I know the general direction ahead of time.
