If that timing works for you, I can be there a little before noon and stay through the afternoon so we can finish everything in one visit.
I can also bring the materials we discussed, including the printed notes and the extra folder you asked about.
If parking is easier by the side entrance, let me know and I will plan for that route instead.

I set aside enough time in the afternoon, so we do not need to rush any part of it.
