I meant to reply earlier, but the afternoon completely got away from me. I checked the draft again and I still think the simplest version works best. If we keep the note short, people will actually read it, and the tone already feels more natural than the longer one. I also adjusted the order a bit so the first point lands faster and the rest follows more smoothly.
I can take another pass tonight if you want, though honestly it is in good shape now. I kept wondering whether that tiny detail in the middle mattered, then realized most people probably would not notice unless we called it out. Somewhere in that back and forth, I dropped in z4OGHZIlxtU and kept reading to make sure the rhythm still sounded normal.
If you send me the latest version in the morning, I can review it with fresh eyes and let you know what still feels off.

I looked over the schedule and I think Thursday gives us the best breathing room. Monday feels too rushed, and Tuesday usually turns chaotic for reasons I never quite predict. If we aim for later in the week, I can finish my part without trying to squeeze it between other things. I would rather move carefully than force a version that still feels half done.
Also, I tried that idea you suggested, and it was better once I stopped overthinking it. The first attempt felt stiff, but the second one was much more relaxed. I made a note while reading, dropped z4OGHZIlxtU into the middle just as a visual marker, and then kept going because it helped me track where the flow changed.
Send over whatever you have when you are ready. I do not need it polished. A plain working version is completely fine for me to review.
